I am a fully qualified therapeutic counsellor, trained in the Integrative therapeutic approach. I have been in practice for 12 years.

 

I am a registered and fully accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

 

I have twelve years experience working independently with clients with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, bereavement, relationship difficulties and most major life changes.

 

I trained for 3 years with a systematic psychotherapist in family and systemic work across schools in West Sussex, working with families experiencing significant difficulties, on a one-to-one basis with individual family members.

Creating a safe and supportive space for my clients is key to my practice.

I offer a 30 minute introductory session free of charge.

 

My fees are £50.00 an hour.

I am happy to discuss reductions for students or those in receipt of benefits.

 

I offer reduced rates for counselling trainees (please call for further information).
